Yes, it was us. We sent this email out.
It was sent only to the Other Announcements & Promotions mailing list - not to the Sisterhood, Chapters, Blog Alerts, or any other lists.
Just so you know, we're not paid for these promotions, but for a select few businesses that buy ads in the magazine we'll do some occasional cross-pollination to our mailing list with promotionals like this.
Also, you can manage the lists you subscribe to by entering the email address you used into the "Join Our Email List" box on our home page. If it's on our lists, you'll be taken to a page that confirms you have the right to manage that account; if the email address is not on our mailing lists, that's when you're signed up anew.
(I don't think this is common knowledge, and I keep forgetting to make it so. Look for an improvement soon that will hopefully make that clearer {probably on the "About Us" page.}) |
