Hello. I recently received an email about adding this site to my favorites list on my blog. I am new at blogging as you will see when you visit it. Very generic.Anyway, I have tried and failed to even find a favorites list or how to start one. Can anyone help me with this? Maybe then I can "dress" my blogsite up a bit and make it interesting to view. Thanks bunches for any help. Tracy

Sure Cathy ~ just to to your dashboard. Click on the "Posting" tab at the top of the page. Then click on Edit Posts. From there you can simply choose which post you want to edit, go in and remove the photo code, then click on Publish Post. It will post the revised post in place of the old one.

Betty the Dashboard is the editing page you get when you log in to your own blog. Do you have a blog? I use wordpress so I am not familiar with blogspots setup.

Hi Tracy ~ If you look up at the top right corner of your blog, sometimes it will say "Dashboard/Sign In" other times it says "New Post/Customize/Sign Out". Click on the "Customize" or "Dashboard". That will take you to the screen where you can make changes, add sidelines & photos, add links. Just get in there and explore. You'll find the option for "Add A Page Element" in the sidebar. If you click on that, it will give you lots of options to add things to your blog sidebar.
Since you specifically mentioned a "Favorites List" ~ you would click on "Link List~Add to Blog". That will bring up a menu where you can add the title and then copy and paste any of your favorite blog links one at a time. When you have your list compiled, click on "Save Changes" and you'll have your Favorites List in your sidebar.

What is a Dashboard and where do you find one? I'm totally not computer literate when it comes to these newfangled things.

Hi! Tracy,
I'm going to try to help you out (I'm fairly new at this too and I wish I could make mine look better, but we'll learn with practice =)
First go to your Dashboard, that's your editing page for your blog. On that page look for "Manage-Layouts". Click on Layouts. On this page choose a "page element" (I can't remember if there is one that says Favorite Blogs or if I named it, but click open a "page element" and in there you can list the links you want and title them.
Hope this helps and is not too confusing!! Holler if you are stuck.
