Hey Farmgirls!

It's been far too long since I've been on here! I hope you all are well!

I'm starting(ed) an herbal tea business and am getting the run around from TN Department of Ag. Some say I can get a domestic kitchen license and some say I'm a manufacturer and need a commercial license. I can't afford an additional building or to renovate a room in our home.

Do you have any suggestions on what to do? My customers LOVE the teas and I'm at the point of go big or go home....

It's so frustrating to try something new, be successful, and then government regulation could potentially stop it:( Don't get me wrong...not trying to be political and I understand the need for it. I just don't know where to go from here or if I have any other options...

I appreciate any and all feedback!

Thanks, gals!
