I have had a paypal for years, and the last time someone purchased from me was Feb. 2011.

I can't get payments to come in on my paypal. They are telling me my registration is not complete. I went in and updated stuff, and saw my ssn was needed again. Would there be anything else I need to do to it?

So frustrated....

Sorry for late update on here.

It's kind of funny, but not.

When I would e-mail my account to the buyer, my spell check was transposing two letters and I didn't catch it until someone e-mailed me a photo of what they were getting then they tried to pay.

Thanks for all your advice too.

Kristina I would call them....here's the # 1-866-837-1851 they can walk you through the process and make sure everything step is complete.

I've used them for years and havent had an issue. They are pretty good at helping out.

i would stay on the phone with them as they go through each step to MAKE SURE everything is correct. if your account has been compromised in any way, i'd get rid of that account and create a new one. see what they say about it.

Kristi,
I get phishing/scam emails about Paypal on a regular basis and I ALWAYS forward them to spoof@paypal.com for them to deal with.
I agree, you need to contact Paypal officially, right away . . .

Oh, Kristina - I would call them. If you received an email concerning this, it may have been someone phishing. Never ever click on a link in a PayPal email - always go straight to their site, sign in and THEN look for a link to whatever they are requesting. Please be careful. I would call them right away to get it all straightened out. There are a lot of scams going on out there - especially this time of year. Hugs - Nini
