We are considering taking baked good to the Farmer's Market - English Muffins for one item.

What should they be priced at? 4 muffins to a bag.

I need to figure out the cost of the flour and other ingredients I guess. I just wondered if anyone here makes and sells them.

I did find an interesting article:

How long does it take you to make them? How much are the ingredients?

Let's say your ingredients are $5 and you can make 24 English Muffins and it takes you an hour to make them. They cost .20 to make. Now let's say your time is worth $10/hour, that is another .41 cents. Now you are at .61 per muffin...if you sell them for $1 each that is an .39 profit per muffin.
