If I can teach myself to tat, do you think giving lessons would be a good source of extra income? I have checked around and no one gives these types lessons in our area. Any thoughts?

If I lived near enough, I'd come! I have my great-grandmother's shuttle with tatting still attached. When I saw the very fine, delicate work, I "pledged" to learn how to do it some day. That's been over 20 years ago and I think I have more projects that I could complete in a life-time. Good luck and I hope you have a huge following!
