Help !  Could someone tell me what these are and how to start?
An itsy --- am sure this is not the spider from the nursery tale but have no idea what it's use is and how created.
Photo Bucket --- got the digital camera and ready to load pics with postings. What is Photo Bucket? Are there other sources you would reccommend?
Blog ---- this one I know as have read some fantastic farm girl entries. What are the best sources for creating your own blog?

Itsy- I am sure you mean Etsy? Etsy is sort of like E-Bay but for hand made or vintage items.
Photobucket- Think of it as a virtual hard disk for your photos. Read through my Tutorial link below. It might help answer some of your questions. *Note- This was made a while ago so some the the screens look a little bit different, but it should help you get on the right path*
