Posted - Oct 24 2005 : 6:55:01 PMI just wanted to share this idea--a woman in my hometown salvages letters from freeway signs that are being thrown away (I think she has a contact with the highway department)--she punches out the reflectors (sometimes) and paints them (sometimes) and sells the letters to spell out whatever you want. Here's a photo of my new "Eggs" sign:
