How many jobs have you had up until now. What were the jobs.
My first job was delivering newspapers, worked at TG&Y, worked at a lawyers office, was a secretary/bookkeeper at City Hall, opened a Maternity & Children's Shop, worked at a printing shop, taught music at school, taught music in college.
Let's hear what jobs y'all have had and have now.

I too started out babysitting and then a candy striper at a children's hospital until I decided I needed money. Then I worked in a restaurant in the freezer making all the salads that go on a salad bar. Got Bronchitis and had to quit.Did some modeling for JCPenney, Sears and Famous-Barr newspaper ads. Then I became a CNA and worked in 4 differnt nursing homes over 7 years and then 2 years in in-home care. Then I went into security at a shopping mall from there to working in a prison as a guard for 4 years then I worked for Boeing as an armed guard at the missle plant for 18 years until last April when they decided to get rid of all company guards and went to part time contract guards. Now I'm more or less retired and have just started my first garden with 10 raised beds. We will be getting chickens soon and then next year we will be adding Nigerian Dwarf goats. This retirement stuff is turning into a real job!

Sharon, a fellow car dealership receptionist/cashier! You've got to be sassy to work in that field, I'm telling you. You can probably relate...when the techs get bored and come in to bug the office staff...particularly the female office staff? ROFL

My first job I worked the Snack Bar at the local state park lake, then I worked as a hostess at a bar/sandwich shop, then I worked at a quality farm & country, then I hostessed at a fancier restaurant, then I worked at a kidney dialysis center cleaning the kidney filters(yucky yucky yucky!) then I got a job leasing apartments(an hour away for $9/hr) then I managed two low income housing communities, then the realestate company changed hands and we all lost our jobs, then I was sales/secretary for an ATV/Boat/Tractor dealership, then I met my husband, then I started at Tractor Supply as Asst Mgr, then I quit(sexism), then I worked at an OIL CHANGE place, then my husband started his business and I worked with him, painting and construction, then he got slow so I got a job at a Bridal Boutique, then he got busy, so I worked with him again, then I opened The Little Green Store!
