Posted - Aug 29 2006 : 3:32:53 PM Hi girls. I can't give you any "sneak peeks," but I can tell you that we WILL have some more cute dishtowels to make! Now we'll all just keep our fingers crossed that it will finally make the March projected date!
We received our first copy of the magazine on Friday, and have heard that subscribers are receiving theirs already. It should be on the stands in about 2 weeks.
Thanks for all your support! Carol

Posted - Aug 29 2006 : 2:31:24 PM I have the book on pre-order, too! I just can't wait -- I received a notice from Amazon today that it is scheduled by them to be out in March...
That leaves the winter "free" to finish up all of those stitching projects that I have around - then I'll be ready to start some new ones when the book comes out! ...I have to look for the positives, here!
XOXO, Libbie

Posted - Aug 24 2006 : 8:21:18 PM Carol, Any way of getting a sneaky peeky at some pages from the stitching book before it comes out, just to whet our appetites? I have it on pre-order and can't wait - I'd love to know if there are any more of those gorgeous tea towel designs - the dancing vegies were so cute!! It would keep me going until the book gets here! Best wishes, Jayne |

Posted - Aug 24 2006 : 11:35:26 AM Hi girls. Our Stitching Room Workbook is now slated to come out in the spring - specifically right before Mother's Day. We're so sorry the information about our book keeps changing, but the publisher has really only a couple of times a year when they release books: fall and spring. This one didn't make the fall lineup -- they couldn't decide whether they wanted a large book, a medium book, or a small book (they finally decided small at 144 pages) -- so we've been editing, adding, cutting, and editing more! So you'll have to wait for spring for this one. BUT, our newest magazine, "Artists in Aprons," is just about to hit the stands - those of you with existing subscriptions might get it in just a week or so.
Thanks for all your support! Carol

Posted - Aug 24 2006 : 09:45:43 AM Well, I'm such a beginning seamstress/needleworker that I'm looking forward to basic instruction on sewing, crocheting, knitting, tatting, etc. These are all things that I would really like to improve my skills on. I can do each one a bit, but I wouldn't really call myself proficient at any of them (except apron-making and scarf-knitting!).
That's why I so love looking at what you make, Sunshine. You are SO talented with needle and fabric crafts, along with so many other things!!!
XOXO, Libbie
