Carol, Erik and I have been working 'round the clock finishing up a little "gifty" type book about "Farmgirl Wisdom." Julie Bell had the recipes for it done a month or so ago! (We do eat well around here!!) But the three of us have had our "plates full" and now the deadline looms...this week actually! The book will show up in stores nationwide next spring. Just wanted you all to know that we've had a blast going over old posts and incorporating some of the tips that you've posted here. We especially had fun with the thread, "You know you're a farmgirl when....." we gave credit to your screen names....Aunt Jenny, Owwlady, Barn Goddess, The Herb Lady, Susie Q....Here's a big cyber hug and an enormous thank you for your participation on this forum.

Jan ~ I'll send the details in an e-mail, so as not to take up too much space here. MaryJane and I created the Farmgirl Connection and the MJF Farmgirl Chapters as a way for farmgirls at heart anywhere to participate. So, some are a chapter of one, some are a mother-daughter homeschool team, some are in the city and others rural having many or few members. It all works!! I look forward to hearing from you!
sunnily yours,

I didn't find Farmgirl Wisdom but saw the Stitching Workbook which you can pre-order.
