Kathy T. I am so glad you included that scripture. It is one of my favorites. People always want to quote John 3: 16 and I always tell them that I think John 3: 17 is just as powerful. Have a wonderful day.

He is risen, indeed!
For God sent his son not to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved.
And, Kathy's right--he saves us not only for the wonderful life waiting for us, but also gives us strength and beauty and inspiration to live and love in this life. Have a blessed Easter!

I agree. Sometimes when life just really gets you down it is so nice to remember that God gives you the chance to begin again each day when the sun comes up. There are lots of time that this knowledge gives me the strength to hold on one more day, that and the promise there is a wonderful life waiting after this one.
