Posted - Dec 08 2014 : 06:40:23 AM Christmas card in the mail! And it was from a Farmgirl, to boot! Thank you, Sara (YellowRose)!
I started my Christmas Cards before Thanksgiving, but had to put them down to work on other things. Now it's full steam ahead...
I love Christmas cards. Do you do Christmas cards, too?

Posted - Dec 08 2014 : 09:25:38 AM Nini - I too use to write hand written letters in each card. THat lasted maybe two years. Then it went to short notes in each card... then to a printed newsletter... and now, no cards ;) I seriously doubt they will happen this year!!!! I'm thinking if I start now, I can have them ready for next year :D

Posted - Dec 08 2014 : 09:14:36 AM LOL! Shannon! You sound like me! I think I average every four years myself! Sad, really. I've only got one child, but our lives are always so full and busy. Before he arrived, I would not only write out cards, I'd include a long, personal hand-written letter to each recipient! Nowadays, if I get a short message in, it's an accomplishment! :) I think I have three years' worth of Christmas cards up in my office that have never been written out. If I can get to them next week, I'm going to do it for sure! It's such a joy to receive cards from loved ones at the holidays. Even though we can't physically be together, the cards sure do bring all of us together in our hearts!
Nicole - thanks for the inspiration! I'll try! I'll try!!!

Posted - Dec 08 2014 : 08:19:52 AM I only seem to get Christmas cards out once every four years or so. It doesn't look like it is going to happen thus year, either. Too many little ones and too much going on, I guess. I'm really hoping that next year I will be better on the ball! I love getting cards, but we don't get many anymore! Probably because I am so bad at sending them!!!!
