This year I am putting together a foot package- lotion, salts, polish, etc. You could do one for hands or a nice skin basket. Since you crochet if there are any football fans in your group you could crochet them their teams scarf. I crocheted potholders last year putting the school initials (OU and KU) in them. My niece and her husband are a house divided! ha. My brother does the cooking so I also did some for him. How about a BBQ manpron. (Is that a word? Do men call them aprons if they wear them for grilling?)
There's a few ideas.
I would love to see some photos or ideas for Christmas ornaments. I've done basic ones, but think you ladies probably have lots of great ideas that would not be very expensive.

If I can get my ornaments onto my blog, with directions, I'll share the link later. It would be for ornaments I made in the past.

Posted - Oct 27 2010 : 08:57:30 AM I make alot of crocheted snowflakes for gifts. There are alot of patterns on the net, they work up really fast and you can get alot of them out a ball of thread.

You could also crochet or repurpose felted wool sweater sleeves into mug cozies :)
