I have also made 15 bean soup mix and packaged it in mason jars then added cornbread mix and some homemade jelly.
I am thinking Pasta theme for this year

For friends here in town I tend to do hand knitted dishcloths and homemade soap or jarred mixes from my kitchen. I am doing socks and things for relatives..and some really cute fish hats for my grandkids...knit. They are on Knitty.com (called dead fish cap) to wear for fishing...for "lucky fishing hats". I think they will like that. I am trying to figure out something fun for my daycare kids. There are about 14 of them counting all the part time ones and after school kids. Making a quilt for one sis in law this year as well. alot more to work on but it is nice to get started isn't it?
