So I want to make chocolate covered Fortune cookies with sprinkles on them for my family for Valentines Day. I have tried every recipe I can find in books, on line, EVERWHERE! Here's the problem.

While some are better than others, not one of them gets hard in the middle, you know like when you break one open. Well they all get crunchy to different degrees around the edge and sides but in the very middle where the bend is they do not, but instead are soft.

My husband thinks I am obsessed with fortune cookies now and in truth I think I have become.

Can anyone please help me with either a recipe you know works or any further suggestions.

Thanks, Jamie
