We have a needy family in our area with a little tiny, less than three months old, baby boy. They have nothing for him and are desperate. This will be my project for my part of our charity this Christmas and I pray any and all of you will help bless them.
They don't have even the very basic's..

I didn't see a label anywhere at all. I had looked because you had said that. I wonder why it wasn't on there. Maybe it came off during the transportation.

Ladies,
I am a tad confused as to who sent what, but two boxes arrived by UPS and one had older clothes and little boys clothes with a few toys and the other had all material in a smaller box. They were wonderful and thank you so very much! This will be well recieved..

Thank you, Wilma, I just saw this post. I don't know why my email didn't pick it up. I was just getting on here to post and let everyone that I haven't notified know that I have as yet to get the packages. This time of year it seems to take forever but when I send them out I like confirmation when they get somewhere! I will be checking each day for these. It feels like Christmas extended. lol
I have a friend who I am hoping will join us here. I will post a link to her blog later but I have known her for years and just found out how much she would love it here with you lovely farm girls. Her name is Annie but she goes by ASH. I will go to her blog and link it here so you can see..

This would be wonderful, thank you so much. I know what you mean, I still have items in boxes and we have been here for almost a year now. One of my pet peeves about myself is leaving my folded laundry in baskets and not in the dresser. I am obsessive about folding them I just can't seem to get beyond that.

I am getting my stuff together today as well, mostly clothes for the mom. I will send in the next few days; some of the clothes had been in bags & I want to wash them first in case they smell musty. |

This is no problem Wilma. Thank you for letting me know. I just had a lady let me know that the package she was sending isn't sent of either. She had a relative that was going to send it and had neglected it and it was still in their car. The good thing is that the family will have another Christmas in January! Whoopie!

Thank you ever so much, Wilma. Yes, it is a huge one and I think I am obsessed about it. lol Maybe that's why I do what I do. I cannot think of anything so gratifying.
Anytime you feel the need to do anything like that just let me know because I do this all the time. My thing right now is making bags, by sewing, knitting, crocheting or buying, and adding a toy and a blanket and donating them to the ER's, Fire departments, or police departments so they can give them out to babies and children in stressful situations. This happens all over the US with us.
Anyway, thank you with all my heart for making this families life all that much easier to deal with in such a hard time in their lives. I am sure it gives them faith in people again when that gets hard to do.

I don't know but if you want to send it and she doesn't we can sure make things for other families in need throughout the year. Fabric is always a need. We make quilts and clothing for the children..

Ah, Wilma, you are just my kind of person. I think you are a dear for sure. Thank you so much for donating to this need, it shows me just how wonderful people are. It brings back memories of my childhood when my parents and all I knew helped their fellow man. Those were the days, I think there are others out there who want to help but either can't or don't get the chance to.

Oh, Wilma, sounds like you're a softy like me! lol I think that would be fabulous. This is such a sweet family and I am wanting so bad for them to be warm and snugly. I know the quilt is on the way for the little boy but I think that is all I managed to get for him unless I sell a puppy before then.
