Just checkin' in to see if the swap is still movin' right along. Please keep in contact with your recipient if you anticiapte a late "landing" on the jar you are sending. I know we are all getting very busy so I am sure your partner will understand if her jar is a few days late.

Thank-you for joining in the swap and may you all be blessed this holidays season.

11/12/08Just wonderin how everyone is doing gathering and creating the jars? I love doing these as it is such a challenge to get everything in that jar!! I need a jar like Mary Poppin's bag, remember in the movie how the bag went on forever and she would just keep reaching in and11/28/08
Hey Gals! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! So...did anyone go shopping very early am? Not me! Too busy sleeping off all the turkey!
Is everyone good with their jars? Did anyone else receive theirs this week? Hope you all enjoyed this swap. I will post info on the spring one in the new year. (Open to suggestions or recommendations)
pulling out all her stuff!!

I have sent everyone an e-mail. Please let me know ASAP if you have not received your partner's information.

Thank-you to all who have signed up for the swap. I have sent you all e-mails with your partner's information.
Have fun!

I think it's time for a jar swap (and this will be my fist as "swap mom" )
1) Sign up here by November 2nd and E-mail me; Your name (including user name), mailing address, and a list of all your favorite things, hobbies, collections, color, food. (make the list as long as you want! This will give your secret partner lots of choices!)

2) I will randomly match everyone up and e-mail you your partner's list.

3) Find a nice canning jar with lid (or similar) I am not a canner but i think the large one is a quart right? Wide mouth works really well to fIt things in.

4) Fill the jar (decorate if you would like) and mail to your partner by December 1st.
(Because of mailing costs, we have have to limit this to US.)

Since not everyone celebrates Christmas, you could also indicate in your e-mail to me if your are a "Christmas" or a "Seasonal"

Here are two links for previous jar swaps for ideas and you can also google for ideas.

Tea dyed lace and vintage red and white from Mary Jane both wrapped on clothes pins. What a great idea. I am not a knitter, but I do like the bamboo 4.5mm needles. I truly need to learn.
Thank you Karin.

I sent an e-mail out to everyone on Sunday.
Anyone who still has some "loose ends" to tie up, please, please just shoot a note to your swap partner. I know we are all very busy but at least that way your partner knows you are "on it" so to speak.
