What's everyone doing for Cinco de Mayo? We are having a Mexican potluck here at work - so far we have empanadas, chili reanos, tacos, chips and salsa and refried beans with bacon. As you can tell we love to eat here at work

Having Fish Tacos tonight -- from Trader Joe's -- they were giving away samples & I was hungry and tired on the way home from planting. So fish tacos it is -- quite yummy!

It is my old friend Michael's birthday so i am making him a Happy Cinco de Mickey card....I called him up this morning, wished him many happy returns and told him my sink was leaking so he came by on his olunch break and fixed it for me, that's a good friend. And maybe we'll have something Mexican here for supper tonight...Karin
