Sign up by NOVEMBER 11!
Last year we did a Christmas Card Exchange that was just fabulous and I would like to head up this event this year because I enjoyed it so much.
Here is how it works. I will collect a list of people who want to be on the list. You will email me you SCREENNAME and your ADDRESS. When signups are closed I will email everyone in the group a list of addresses. By signing up you are giving me permission to share your name and address with other people in the exchange. You then send a card to every girl on the list and you should recieve a card from every girl on the list.
Cards DO NOT have to be handmade! I am opening the list to 25 people. Please only sign up if you feel you will be able to send 25 cards.
To sign up post here and then email me your address!

mine are going out in the morning, if the mail man isn't iced in... have received several really neat cards in the mail already, and look forward to getting more. this exchange has really been fun. i am looking for patterns for my mug rug exchange next month.. already have the yarn, just need the pattern.

I sent my cards out on Saturday. Thanks for all the cards I've received so far! My cards outnumbered the bills last week! I'm standing mine up all around my office(I spend more time here than at home until Christmas week-LOL)

All my cards are now mailed. Thank you to all that I have gotten cards from so far. They are up on our garland and are looking very festive. Hopefully I can post photos soon. I look forward to going to the mailbox every day.

Erica,
I don't know who gets more excited when I get farmgirl mail me or my family. They think the forum is neat and a good way for mom to have some friends. We don't live real close to our church so I really have no one in our immediate area.
They get a kick out of seeing the mail as much as I love it!

Hello girls, I sent my Christmas Cards out yesterday and have been receiving some from our swap. This is just what I needed to boost my Christmas spirit...it is fun having mail that is not an ad or bill:) My kids are wondering when I got so many friends, because they don't see me with other people too much....I tell them "they are my online farmgirl friends!" Then I have to explain who you all are and why we are friends online....I love it! Merry Christmas! Erica:) |

Just mailed some today and will try to get more in the mail tomorrow. Received a few already and have them up on our garland that covers the arch leading into the dining room. Will have to take photos.
