I am at present taking donations for 3 PAC centers in Albany, Sweet home, and Lebanon, Oregon for Christmas. These families will be having newborns and toddlers and we collect anything that is usable for them, even slightly used clothing. To get a more complete list check with me on my site. I know with all the talent here that Christmas for these families in a crisis can be wonderful.

I have decided to make my first apron for my oldest daughter for Christmas and am making a quilt & teddy bear for a donation to our charity. I knitted the bear with a new pattern and the quilt will match the bow I make for the teddy bear. These will have Christmas themes.
I know there are many talented ladies here that could do much to make children and families Christmas a joyful time and I hope that instead of focusing on ourselves this year we find families that we can bless.

Updating this post to let you know that this time of year is upon us again and this year our charity is making/buying bags to put a toy and a blanket in for ER rooms or children who have lost a sibling and we call them "Sibling Support Bags". If you would care to donate to this cause please do so.

Just wanting to update this space. Our charity now has adopted three single mom families with older children and still have the PAC Center's we are donating to. If there is a family here that needs our help perhaps someone can sign them up on our board so we can donate to them. There isn't much time left to get in a request, but I am sure we can fit one or two more in.
We even have one family that will receive a singing Christmas Carol delivery by one of our Regional Volunteers. We will be sending the donation for that family to her to take personally to donate.
If you would enjoy donating with us or volunteering time that would be great as well.

I just wanted to let you know that I have my friend Peg's store on my signature now, the last link below. Also I am still collecting for the Christmas donation until December 15th but will be collecting all year for the babies and children in crisis situations. Living, but under stressful times, like burn outs accidents, foster kid's taken from home's, and many other things to birth to 18 years old.
We have two girl's on the East Coast right now that need School supplies in the Junior High, High School age. Please take a look at Peg's store and we would love to have you as a volunteer as well.

Thank you I was hoping that they would, our server host has problems trying to keep up with our needs so it goes down and disrupts things a bit. I always enjoy the feed back on our links and sites, they keep us on our toes!

Okay, I haven't posted here for a bit and thought I would update my posts. I have been collecting slightly used, clothing, books, and other items as well as the handcrafted items, like memory boxes, toys and other things for our Charity Christmas for the Children's drive.
I also have a Charter School that we are donating to that is Christian based. If there is anything you would like to donate to further and education or help babies and tots for Christmas, please let me know through email.

Cabinmoose, oh how I love that name, and I do love the moose! I saw many while in Kalispell, Montana! You are right in that the address can also be applied that way. The shortcut, if there is one on the computer is the info, but you can get there by the tracks this moose left..Tee Hee
