Hello all, sorry to bother you, but a friend sent this to me and I felt you would all click in on this to help :)
Women's shelters in the U.S. go through thousands of tampons and pads
monthly. Assistance agencies generally help with expenses of "everyday"
necessities such as toilet paper, diapers, and clothing, but one of the most
BASIC needs is overlooked - feminine hygiene products. (Yes, sexism is still
alive and well.)

Seventh Generation is su ch a great company in all they do for the environment, and now, this. How wonderful! Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Sleepless. Can we click every day or only once?

I never thought of these items. I always send shampoo, soap, lotion,, trying to choose girly stuff for them. Never thought of menstrual items. Thanks. |

Sharon- Thanks for the link, I will also add to favorites and click daily. What an easy thing to do for people who already have enough on their minds.I will pass this on to the "Moms" and maybe we can do a little more for our local shelter. Blessings to you and Amanda!
