Hello all, sorry to bother you, but a friend sent this to me and I felt you would all click in on this to help :)

Women's shelters in the U.S. go through thousands of tampons and pads
monthly. Assistance agencies generally help with expenses of "everyday"
necessities such as toilet paper, diapers, and clothing, but one of the most
BASIC needs is overlooked - feminine hygiene products. (Yes, sexism is still
alive and well.)

Seventh Generation, a green paper products and cleaning products company,
will donate a box of sanitary products to a women's shelter in your chosen
state - just for clicking the link. Talk about easy (and, yes, it is Legitimate)!

I just did it. Will it stop the violence against women? No. But with only
3 clicks, you can give something to someone who needs it. Pass it on.

Thanks, Sharon

Seventh Generation is su ch a great company in all they do for the environment, and now, this. How wonderful! Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Sleepless. Can we click every day or only once?

I never thought of these items. I always send shampoo, soap, lotion,, trying to choose girly stuff for them. Never thought of menstrual items. Thanks.

Sharon- Thanks for the link, I will also add to favorites and click daily. What an easy thing to do for people who already have enough on their minds.I will pass this on to the "Moms" and maybe we can do a little more for our local shelter. Blessings to you and Amanda!

with a happy heart

I just did this and will send the link to everyone on my email list (even the guys). This is a wonderful program -- thank you so much for sharing this.
