Posted - Dec 21 2006 : 4:49:22 PM My hubby is going for a job with the government(Civil Service) and his interview is the 27th. This position is close to home, and is perfectly suited for him, as he held the same type position for many years. He works so hard at the Steel Mill, and I'm sure this would be a lot less strenuous on him. Bless his heart, he's no spring chicken. The Steel Mill is so dangerous, I worry about him everyday. Any way if you could remember him in your prayers, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks, Hugs, Lu

Posted - Apr 02 2007 : 11:10:55 AM I'm so happy to tell you all that Hubby got the job!!!!! He finally found out the great news last Friday. Remember, this all started around Christmas, but it's a government job, so that explains the delay! This is so great cause he will finally get out of that dangerous place where he currently works and the new job is really close to home. We can see it from our kitchen window! Anyway, I just wanted to share our wonderful news, and to thank you all so very much for your prayers and special thoughts. Yippee!! Giant hugs, Lu

The interview went well, Hubby said he did the best he could. He's one of 4 candidates. They told him that they will contact him in 2 weeks with the decision.
