My sis and her husband just moved to Nashville in October. He got offered a job with pay he couldn't turn down. They had to pack up and move in a three week time! About a week after they decided to move they foun out they were pregnant with first child!!! Well they packed up there two story 1850's house in Illinois and mved to a 1 bedroom apartment in Nashville. The problem is that they still have not been able to sell their house! They are only making enough money to afford the payments on both until about february. They have a guy looking today at a private showing! They need a buyer so PLEASE pray for them that this works out!

Well the family that looked at her house looked at 12 in the area. the realtor asked them to pick their top three and my sisters house was in the top three! The family is oving from a Historic home so they understand what goes into owning one. Also Amanda said that there son is entering High School and the house is just a block from the BEST high school in the area! It sounds promising although we try not to get our hopes up. The family has another showing scheduled for after the holiday.
