Posted - Sep 09 2012 : 2:56:44 PM Hi my son used Proactive last week and has small blister/burns on his face. 5 of them. Off to the doctors tomorrow. Has anyone else seen this on their teens? Thanks, Kim

Posted - Sep 10 2012 : 02:27:07 AM My daughter has sensitive skin. Proactiv makes a sensitive skin line, but it is difficult to find. She had good luck with Philosophy's Purity Made Simple. It is very simple and would appeal to a guy. Marianne |

Posted - Sep 09 2012 : 9:27:13 PM The chemicals used in those products can be very harsh to sensitive skin and also can make the skin react to sunlight. It can be great for some, but too harsh for others. I used tea tree oil (natural antiseptic) on my skin as a teenager and had great skin after I started using it.

Posted - Sep 09 2012 : 4:41:43 PM I had looked this product up on the internet and saw it had a lot of negative feedback. My middle son can have bad break outs and I decided not to buy it for him.
I'm sorry your son reacted to it. Hopefully the doctor can help him quickly to clear up as painlessly as possible.
