Posted - Feb 24 2012 : 08:32:41 AM Don't know if you girls remember my grand son being snatched up and taken to Montana. But we will be in the court room Monday in front of a judge. She has to be there or the judge said he would issue a warrant on her and put her in jail. She has been told to make sure the baby is with her. Although she has already sent a text saying she was not bringing him. I told the attorney that and she said she would be in so much trouble if she did not bring him. Anyways wish us luck. I so hope I get to see my grand son Monday. I will probably start crying when ever she walks in the court room with him and I see him. My son said he was going to start crying. He wants so much to hold his son. She did not bring him to mediation. Her Dad lied for her and told my husband and I both that he was not here. We have heard so many lies about rather he was here at that time or not. So sad for baby Andrew.

Posted - Feb 27 2012 : 8:01:04 PM Praise God! Oh Dorinda, I am so happy for you, your son and baby Andrew! How wonderful this news is, and what a wonderful man your son sounds like, to try and keep a sense of "normalcy" in Andrew's life so that he knows both his Mom and Dad. Kudos to him. I hope that your daughter in law is able to get the help that she needs and that together they can raise their son. Thank you for the update- will continue to pray for you! Hugs,

Posted - Feb 27 2012 : 5:46:24 PM Yea things went great for us today. She did not bring the baby with her so that was actually a plus for us. She has 3 weeks to get the baby back to the State of Florida. She has a hearing in the State of Montana March 14 for disability benefits. So the judge told her as soon as that hearing was finished she had to bring the baby back. He wants to slowly introduce the baby back into our lives so as not to give the baby anxiety separation I think is what he called it. My son will get him 2 days and then her 3 days ,son 2 days and her 3 days repeating this process for 2 weeks intervals. Then she will have him for 3 weeks and can go back to Montana for 3 weeks or either stay here in Florida and then start the process over for 2 weeks. Then they will go back in front of the judge for either a parenting plan of their own that they come up with or he will make one for them. This will be quite costly for her to travel back and forth. So she is already texting my son and trying to come up with a plan. This judge is for both parents to be in the childs life. If both parents are willing. She told him all about her drug usage and how she is trying to get help. He told her that he was going to award my son full custody if she did do as he said and the only reason he did not give my son full custody today is because my son stated that he did not want to take him away from her completely because she is trying to get her self free from drugs and is really trying to be a good mother and my son is a fair person so he agreed to give her a chance to prove it. But now he will be able to make sure his son is in a safe environment and will know his Mother and Father both. So in 3 weeks my grand son will be back in my arms. I can't wait to hold and hug him. He is now 15 months old. She left with him when he was 8 months old. I wonder if he will remember me. I took good care of my red glasses because he use to love to look at me after I put them on. He would always smile such a big smile when ever I put them on. So I am hoping when I put my red glasses on he will remember me by them. Thank You for all the prayers and support you have led me through a difficult period in my life and for that I am so grateful for all my farm girls. I never dreamed I would ever be going through any thing like this in my life. I am so old fashion when it comes to family unity. I have been trying to remind my self lately that times have changed and family unity is different now days. So many separations. Hooray for baby Andrew. He is coming home......
