So, over the weekend I got sick and my cell phone broke. But, on Saturday, God was so good to me! I went to Starbucks and got a FREE tall coffee (I turned in my old Starbucks grounds bag-you get a free coffee when you do that!) and the cashier, who's been my cashier almost every time I've gone, gave me a free slice of blueberry coffee cake. That was so sweet! So I got a free cup of coffee AND coffee cake!

Then, I went to the cell phone store to replace my broken phone (It's a 4 year old blackberry-it was bound to happen!) and the phone I wanted was on sale for $30! Then I ask about a case, and the cashier says it's $15, so I go ahead and get it-I also get screen protectors, which were supposed to be 15 dollars as well...they were BOTH HALF that when he rang them up!

It was so cool! I was thanking Jesus all morning for his little blessings like that. I'm a SAHM, so every place I can save money is appreciated by my husband-but to save money without even having to try was such a blessing!

Starbucks and sushi to green fried tomatoes and corn pudding-I wouldn't change it for the world.

That is awesome!! Congrats on having a frugal day unexpectedly! Sometimes those small blessings just mean so much and really sooth the soul.

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
