It's official & Legal... I am a Grammy....
Today was Family Court Day and our family & friends were all present for the adoption of sweet little Soleil into the family of my daughter & son-in-love.....Now to work on Phoobit's adoption....
I can proudly say, I love my two little sweet kissable grandbabies...
I posted a couple of pics on my blog but just had to brage here...
We are so Blessed.....

yep, she totally loves those two little girls as do we.
She keeps me updated daily of the girls antics, especially now that Soleil is walking,,and hiding things.
I get to babysit Soleil tomorrow while Phoobit has her doctor appointment, so lil Soleil & I will get into mischief as only a grammy & granddaughter can do! lol!

Thanx all, I have been loving these babies for months but know that Soleil is in our family permanently is an awesome feeling an dif all goes well, "phoobit" (we can't publish her real name till after she is adopted) is next on our adoption list.
I just have the best time searching patterns to make lots of fun stuff for them.
Oh wowzers life is grand!

We are beyound extatic!
A beautiful daughter, fantastic son-in-love, one legal grandchild and 1 almost legal,,
but that will happen too!
Yep, made a couple of bbbaby sized aprons for my lil girls...and plan to do a lot more sewing for them.

Your daughter is beaming. She looks just gorgeous . . . it's that maternal glow, apparently it doesn't have anything to do with pregnancy! I am so happy for you. When we get together, we'll have to make some kiddie items!

Congratulations on being a Grammy! That's the same name my kids call my mom This picture brings back memories for my family (we went to family court to adopt our two foster sons!) Such happiness on the faces of your family. Beautiful!

Grace, Congratulations!! Your grandbabies are beautiful. I've actually been present at several adoptions, and it is the most wonderful feeling when the judge bangs his mallet and announces the ceremony official. Again, congratulations. |
