Dalyn, prayers and high hopes for your family and for a permanent placement. Is he considered medically fragile? We're just a couple of weeks away from getting our license. Hoping for some little ones. Age range is 0-5 years. Two month old babies are the cutest! Isn't this the time when they're normally learning how to coo & babble? It's been so long since we've had a baby around, I've forgotten. Does he seem to be developmentally delayed in any way? Poor little guy will get lots of love now, I'm betting. Hugs & blessings!

thanks all! We are loving him to pieces. He is cocaine affected and suffers some, but we hope he will begin to heal. It is a temorary placement for now, as the judge ordered the SW to find a relative to place him with, but only a couple of relatives on both sides can even pass a background check (how awful is that?!) and the couple that can don't seem interested. Mom has 3 other kids that she does not have custody of. We are truthfully hoping his being with us is permanent. We want to adopt him iff it's possible.
