Posted - Jun 02 2010 : 2:59:00 PM We've been having the time of our lives. I have internet service because we're in the Cody hospital. Reo, my son was thrown from his horse this morning. He broke his arm and needed surgery. He's doing fine but this is a HUGE bummer!!! We have a few more days and Aria is so stoked to continue riding and playing with the wranglers. They are just terrific. These people are just like family already.. Poor things part of our little circus!!!
I'll keep you posted when I get home. Internet and cell service is way sketchy! Please keep us in the light!! Sending love always, ~julia

Posted - Jun 02 2010 : 6:47:18 PM Your anniversary, too?!?!?! That is SO awesome - I remember you saying that it would be this week, now that I think of it, and I hope you are still going to take the ranch chef's offer of a dinner for "just the 2 of you" on another night, perhaps?
For tonight - rootbeer and pizza - I'm sure that Reo is going to love it -- at least that would be my boys' idea of a fabulous "treaty" dinner....
Much love,
XOXO, Libbie

Posted - Jun 02 2010 : 5:18:47 PM Happy Anniversary Julia! I'm so sorry that you had a crazy day today. Poor guy, getting thrown from a horse on vacation. I hope he recovers quickly and that you guys will still get a chance to enjoy your trip a bit. Weren't you and hubby supposed to get a little time away for your anniversary tonight? I hope you still get to do that sometime while you're there. Blessings, and prayers for a quick recovery for Reo!

Posted - Jun 02 2010 : 4:07:56 PM Libbie, everyone has been incredible. Reo is out of surgery and doing well. We're in a hospital room recovering for another hour or 2. He's so excited for take out pizza and rootbeer! Sounds like a healthy boy to me!! Poor guy. These wranglers are so much fun. They will definitely be fawning all over Reo.
Oh and today is my 19th wedding anniversary! This is life and I'm surprisingly cool with it. I suppose I've had a lot of practice. Now that the crisis is over we can focus on mending and continuing our good time...
Sending cheer, ~julia

Posted - Jun 02 2010 : 3:16:00 PM Oh my heavens, Julia! If it's not one thing... How is Reo doing? If those cowboys are like any around here, they'll have him smiling in no time at all. I am so happy that Aria is loving it - and geez - here's sending you love and light from Utah.....
XOXO, Libbie
