*****UPDATE******
I am VERY pleased to announce that Aria is HOME!! Her counts are super high--too high, which is indicative of her increased white cell count, which is what fights infection. So, she clearly has something but it wasn't enough to tank her immune system..yet...That's the operative word here. Aria's history is often that she gets an infection, her counts soar, and then they tank...In the past, it would have meant an admit into the hospital, but Aria's body is frankly acting more like a 'normal' body and less like a cancer one so she really is doing well!! That well.. Because she's still on chemo, we can't take anything for granted, however...she doesn't have a fully function immune system and what she does have works double time when she gets sick. Still, all signs look good...

As you know, things can change very quickly and often do, we were are in a sort of red alert watching her. I'm to call the hospital later today to check in and see if there's anything I need to do..We go back to clinic next week anyway, so she'll remain CLOSELY monitored. If she spikes another fever today, back to the ER we go...We'll just take it as it comes.

I'm thrilled to say that I feel so much better too!! Yesterday, I felt sort of hung-over, which was just the worst. Today my energy is back and my tummy doesn't feel wonky anymore!! Thank you all for your lovely thoughts and prayers!! It means the world.....here's some sunshine right back at each of you!!!! ~julia

I know. TOTAL bummer!
Rianna picked up a stomach bug in the middle of the night Tuesday...I got it yesterday..it's pretty quick though. Rianna was feeling better within 24 hours..I'm feeling a lot better too just achey and frankly, exhausted.

Aria spiked a fever this afternoon and was pale, pale, pale..feeling icky..So off to the ER she and Doc went. I just called and they don't have any news yet. Her fever was down so that's a good sign and they've given her some 'don't fro up' medicine and an antibiotic. No matter which way this rolls--admitted into the hospital or not, we've been VERY lucky and Aria has done extremely well..

Still, would you mind keeping her in the light??? I'll let you know when I know more...Many, many thanks..~julia

More prayers are coming. My ladies' group at church has added y'all, so there are at least 12 more of us praying for you and holding good thoughts.

Glad to hear you're feeling better.

Prayers on the way! Give her an extra hug from your farmgirl friends and know our arms are aching to do the same.

Julia, you and your daughter have been in my prayers since we met here. I have also added your daughter to my G/sons night prayers which they were happy to do. Take care my friend.
