Posted - Jul 12 2009 : 08:14:16 AM I've posted about my problems with the in-laws and stepkids, right?? Well, now that we have moved over to the other side of a huge mountain, where I know they will never come visit, it's just GREAT.
I think that my MIL still tells my hubby all sorts of things about me but I told him I don't want to hear it and it stops with him. So, I don't hear about whatever the latest transgression I've done. Wonderful is all I can say.
There was a family shindig a while back and I couldn't wait to leave about 5 minutes before getting there but I toughed it out. I could just SEE people glancing at me and then whispering but I was above it all. I haven't heard a word about it either. I know they are stewing but I am happy to not know.
Anyway, if anyone gets a chance to move away from whack-job 'other' family, I'd say go for it!! hehehe...

Posted - Jul 12 2009 : 08:16:45 AM Oh, forgot to say, I defriended some of them on Facebook cuz I felt they were 'watching' me and I felt like I couldn't say what I wanted. Sounds paranoid, I know, but I'm so much more comfortable now. hehehe...
