I just put red vinegar in my rinse cycle of the wash, good idea? What is the difference between red and white?

Are you meaning the Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar? Use either White Vinegar or Apple Cider vinegar as I know those two won't stain! Essentially they do the same job so either one is fine.

I don't know, other than color. It didn't stain anything, did it? I have only used white or apple cider vinegars in the rinse.
