Do any of you homeschooling girls with teens have teens that blog?
My son is starting a blog and it would be great to link with other christian kids that are his age-he's 15. I'm not crazy about facebook,myspace and such-I hope a blog is a little more manageable.
He is a really great kid and I am just a dull old farmgirl mom!!!
High school kids ,especially kids that have no other kids in the house sometimes,especially during winter, get a bit bored and lonely!
I figure farmgirls have great kids to connect with so this is where I thought to start!

So many interests! Let's see- he plays bluegrass music-banjo,guitar,and mandolin-most anything with strings
is obsessed about being a pilot and has already flown a small plane- loves the outdoors-though not a hunter -
he's kind of a mechanical "junkie" -takes everything apart and fixes or breaks it!!! and he does a little woodwork,too.
Mostly he's just a very busy boy...ahemmmm I mean young man that has waaaay more energy than his OLD momma!!!!!!!

I actually don't know any kids that blog. I have a 15 year-old sister who may be interested in blogging. I don't think she's ever heard of it before. She uses myspace, and I also do not like myspace. What are your son's interests?

Well, just assuming he would have more in common with other christian kids-
I figure it's just common interests,though.
