Arent they not....does any Grandma enjoy her Grandchildren as much as I do?
The sayings they come up with, the looks they give, and the "so old and grownup", stuff, it just cracks me up....
My Grandson and his brother are just 18 months apart, their mother and her brother are just 14 months apart, so she knows what a hoot they are when they are soooo close in age, but, she keeps saying, glad hers arent as close as her and her brother...
Do other Grandmothers enjoy their Grandchildren like I do?

I am absolutely crazy about my two granddaughters and there is a boy on the way now, too! I have my "girls" every Wednesday, and I spend a lot of time with them, and they are hilarious. Recently I took the older one to Steak and Shake for lunch. We discussed the menu and decided to share a milkshake for dessert.....as we sat there talking, she said "You know, Nana, I feel like I am out for lunch with a good friend, can we pretend we are two friends who are out to eat?" I said, sure, but remember, I am always your friend, no matter what.

Grandchildren are a special gift from God to grandma's. Just hearing the name "Nana" makes my heart melt. I have 3 grandchildren ages 5, 2, and 6 months and adore them. Beverley you are so right to get "talking" because that is our right to bore people with our stories, it is called our braggin rights! They will come up with some of the most interesting ideas and are so innocent. I love it when they are rationalizing out things that they do not completely understand yet and their way of understanding can be funny but yet an eye opener. Everything is sweet and innocent because they have not learned the ways of the real world yet. Love them and enjoy them because they will soon be grown.

Oh you bet ya. I have 5 and they are all so different. the 2 youngest are only 13 months apart and boy are they as different as night and day. one is miss I love pink and girly stuff and one likes to play with trucks. Way to cute when they come up with stuff though. Just recently (they live in california) they had an earth quake and my 5 year old was at school when it happened and they had to get under their desks. and when she got home she asked her mom if in michigan where grammy lives do they have earthquakes. and her mom said no not like here and laughed. Well my granddaughter turned around and said" well then lets move back there cause I did not like that today". They lived close by until about 6 months ago when their dad got a job out there so I am going through withdrawl. Well I just started out to agree with you and got carried away. Guess when I get talking about them I get talking!!!! hehehehe
