Anybody in one? I am...have been for two veeery long years. We will finally be close to each other in September, but right now it is seeming impossibly difficult. I just got home from spending the weekend with him, and it is making it so much harder, just missing him more than ever. *sigh* Been one of those days where nothing other than obligation got me out of bed...because I'd rather sleep and sulk. Not a depressed person, just really, really missing him...

Jodi- I am right there with you girl. Although I am married, it doesn't change a darn thing. I miss him something awful!!! : ( But I know that it makes me even more fond and happy when he does get back. Life is to short to sulk and I no longer get upset about small stuff because I will look back on this time and remember how much it just plain stinks. (((HUGS))) You will make it and it will be all that much sweeter.

i love your hubbys wisdom, jo. right now my mantra is "i know where i am going, just not when i'll get there." i have a rough time frame and a lot of hopes, but somdays life seems to be on hold.

Thanks for your encouragement, gals. Jo, you're so right about the last part being the most difficult...oh what I would do to fast forward through the next few months. The lonely feeling is kinda wearing, but hopefully I can keep my mind off it by spending lots of time chatting with other friends--and all my farmgirl friends are wonderful.

Hang in there, Jodi -- at least you have only to wait until September. There is light at the end of this tunnel! The month of May is almost over now, and you only have June, July and August -- then you'll be together!

My DH has a saying that the last part of the race is always the hardest part; and that's where you can see the finish line but have to get up and sprint toward it...so here's wishing you energy and focus to SPRINT toward your fellah!
