Posted - Jun 20 2005 : 06:51:13 AM We are wondering if anyone owns an Allis Chalmers C? We are considering getting one and haven't found anyone around us that has one and can tell us about implements, hookups, etc. for it. The one we are looking at is a 1944. It is not only small (fits in my old shed), but also is CUTE. I love functional, but cute helps too!

Posted - Jun 21 2005 : 10:54:59 AM Thanks Meadowlark. We'll check it out. We brought our new Allis home today and I can't wait to start tooling around on it. Chores come first tho! We did find another site with Allis Tractor info and Antique Tractors at www.antiquetractors.com. It has some good info and pictures also. But, perhaps yours will have a better selection of parts!

Posted - Jun 20 2005 : 08:39:43 AM Hi Kris, A tractor girl! I don't have an Allis C, but I do know what you are talking about. ( A '66 International girl here) I love those cute vintage tractors. Have had my eye on a Ford N for ages now. Try this link for parts...it is a worldwide farm implement supply company just 20 miles "down the road" from me in Abilene, Kansas. They have acres of parts, and will ship them to you! www.abilenemachine.com
