Contact education facility in your area and ask what course credit you could offer for agriculture or horticulture class courses and apply for Grant funds to take on an intern? Helpful? Best of luck going forward and I am sure one of the more experience and industrious Farmgirls will chirp in soon! But do some searching and find your local resources to work with.
