by Ron Macher is a book that I just finished reading - it really is a good one for helping to design your farm venture. It's worth a check-out at the library at least, and for me, I'm glad it's part of my own personal library. It has a few really good sections about what you need mindset-wise to make a farming enterprise work. These have been helpful to me when I'm a little down-in-the-mouth about the whole thing.

Sometimes books can offer such good encouragement! This is one of them!!!

That is one of my favorites too!! My oldest son got it for me a few years ago as a gift. It is a good one!
