16 months and we finally closed last week. 7.3 acres with a huge barn, river, two fenced pastures and woods. All mine finally!

We start the build in 3 weeks! So, so excited!

Yeah! What a find. All things one would need right there to include road access. Great for you! "We can create life" is so true in your situation. Have fun at it.

Netty we do have a small river in the back but we are actually on the town water supply although we plan to dig a well sometime in the future. We are on septic and electric (no gas on the road and we don't want to deal with propane). Breaking ground in two weeks!
