Posted - Jul 25 2011 : 2:41:03 PM Yahoo news reported the most recent home with the highest list price on record, dethroning the Spelling mansion, and this time it's not some billionaire playground, it's a working farm! Nearly 2000 acres 3 miles outside of Jackson Hole Wyoming, a 3 bedroom main house, and a 4 bedroom guess house. It's a working farm with cattle and hay fields. The star of the property though, are the enormous equestrian facilities. Enjoy looking!

Posted - Jul 27 2011 : 07:31:07 AM It's lovely, but the horse facilities are wasted on me... I'm just about finally out of horses and I'm not keen on all those equestrian sports these days.

Posted - Jul 26 2011 : 10:02:41 PM That isn't too far from where I live actually and I would love to have it. It's a gorgeous area but also quite expensive to live in the area. The good thing is the population density is still really low in Wyoming so most likely the ranch will stay intact or mostly intact. I hope they preserve the majority of it. It would be shame to see it subdivieded. :(

Posted - Jul 25 2011 : 9:53:37 PM the bummer is that its nearly infinitely sub-dividable. so a corporation will probably build 500 condos on it and set it up as a horsemanship clinic resort

That is one gorgeous place! The view is spectacular. And 2000 acres? That's like your own town! :P
