We have been on the market all of a day and a half and we got an offer tonight.. from the sounds of things it's going to be asking price but we wont see the offer in writing until tomorrow afternoon..
That's way fast.
I'm giddy but scared and feeling a little sick and a little like doing jumping jacks all at the same time...
I guess we better figure out where we are going to go until we get the new place built!

Well if anyone is looking to sell something in the washington area I have evidence that the market is really hopping... full price, on the market 2 days.. can't beat that!

Ok they accepted the counter offer and we have to be out by march 29th.

:P It was asking price but they wanted me to give up 4,000.00 for the buyer closing costs... we are going to counter offer and see what happens though. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
