We need to get a weathervane really soon as they are putting our roof on in the next four weeks or so. Where can I get a good one?

Berry Hill Ltd. sells some nice weather vanes online (as well as other farm stuff). I have ordered from them on a few occasions and they are great and quick to fill orders. It might prove cheaper for you as well as you will be paying Canadian $$ and our postal rates are generally cheaper.

Ahhh, Lehmans - - good idea. We are actually going to the Lehman store in Ohio Amish Country this month. We are going to that area to buy a pie safe and some other furniture. We bought a nice dining room set and a sideboard from there already. The Amish make the best stuff and for great prices. We bought our furniture from a store that doesn't use any electricty so they were showing us around with lanterns. Cool!! I hope to also find a quilt there for our bed.

Take a look in hardware stores, sometimes feed stores or on line at google.

Have you checked Lehman's? Not sure if they do, but it does seem like something they'd carry. Good luck!
