Posted - Aug 24 2009 : 10:33:17 AM HI Nancy, You should be able to pick a farm pretty reasonable now. Many famrers are going out of business because of the economy and the banks calling their notes. There are quite a few in N. E. Iowa. Hope you find something GREAT!! wende #660

Posted - Mar 22 2009 : 11:03:37 AM I think you can look up www.realmilk.com and they will show people in your area, too. Word of mouth is the best way to find people like this, though. Just start asking. Someone will know someone aroung that has a cow or goats. Good luck and welcome to the forum!

Posted - Mar 22 2009 : 10:58:09 AM Mame- Welcome! Have you checked with your local county extension office? Or try local veterinarians that work on "large animals". Maybe try checking on the internet for Diaryman's Association members in your area. Just a few thoughts to hopefully help you in your quest.
