Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 4:25:00 PM Wow. I can't believe people would stoop that low. I think clothes hanging on a line blowing in the breeze is so pretty.
I just hung clothes and towels out this morning about 8:00 and my hands were frozen, it was so cold. But the sun was shining and the wind was blowing. I love the way they smell. You can't get that from a bottle. My hubby even helped me get them off the line. What a guy!
I could never live where I had to be told what I could put in my yard or what color to paint my house. But some people like that.

Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 12:20:57 PM We live in a small farm town and I have a friend that bought a house in a new subdivision in town and they are very strict. She cannot have a vegetable garden.. now flowers are ok but no vegetables?? That is so dumb It just erks me that someone can tell ya how to landscape your yard.. I'll have to ask her if she can hand out laundry..

Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 11:46:48 AM Suzy I love the clothesline article and how cute are those little cows! Living here in Nebraska I still use my dryer in the winter but I do hang most of our clothes up to dry in the basement on hangers. Last year I saved almost $200 dollars by using our newly hung clothesline and that is only during about a 4-5 month time span.
