Posted - Feb 02 2009 : 2:02:54 PM I don't know how many of you remember the farm I went to look at back in September and absolutely fell in love with. (there's stuff on my blog about it).
I can't explain it, but as soon as I saw that place it felt like home, and I haven't been able to shake that feeling. Don't get me wrong, I've been to see other properties, but there's just something about this place that speaks to me in a way I can't describe.
Well, it's still for sale and they've lowered the price again...that's the good news, but the bad news is that right now we just can't afford it, and that's a shame because it's literally a steal price now.
Guess I need to keep buying lottery tickets or pray for a financial windfall...LOL!

Posted - Feb 02 2009 : 3:38:58 PM Diana, are you wanting it to be a working farm? If so check with your local USDA office and see if they can help with a farm loan. In KY they have a program that helps give loans to minorities. And guess what, women are minorities! So that might be just the thing for you! Hope this helps.
