We moved to Silver Springs 2 months. My husband chose the house and chose badly.. way tooo small- 1400 sq ft for 8 people. and it is just a poorly made modular home. We are splitting at the seams. I went to our property management's website and found that they picked up a new home for rent. It is 2000 sq ft, also on 5 acres but flat land- nice land and it has a garage! We do not so have been stuffed in this house and the rest has been in 2 storage sheds we rented.
We talked it over with our property manager and she agreed it would be a better fit for our family. We paid the deposit yesterday. Will start moving in a couple of weeks.
We are sooo excited.. I get a laundry room again, a fireplace!, there is a space between the garage and house that I could hang a clothesline, a get my craft room again.. a pantry! they are leaving the fridge so I can use mine as an extra.. which is a huge blessing as we had to leave a fridge behind. I have had a hard time with just one fridge.. the house is newer- so nice..
I can't wait. we will do some raised beds in the spring and throw down some grass seed..
We have been miserable since moving here.. all of us are soo very excited about this house.. everyone loves it.
can't wait to get settled..

Debra - really nice house! You can just move right in! And what a nice view of the mountains in the distance. Have fun!

Lovely house! How exciting for you! Moving is awful but at least you'll be moving somewhere better suited to your needs!

Thank you all.. We feel so very blessed to have found a home that we could be content in until we can purchase.. We still want to move to Missouri in a few years- less if we find something but at least we will be happy here until then.

Blessings, Debra

Wow, Debra! That is fabulous! I am sure you will be much happier being able to spread out in your new home. It looks like a great place for your kiddos to get out and explore! Good luck in your new home. :)
