Can any of you ladies who have sold recently help me out here? I showed my home on Friday evening, Saturday twice and have heard nothing from any of those folks...I am thinking they are probably not interested. What do you think? When I bought my houses I made an offer right then and there! I though one of the couples was pretty interested they actually asked for and borrowed a couple of an inspection I had done a year ago. I guess I will talk to them when they return it. Oh well, it is Fourth of July week!

"So many interests so little time!"

I personally would take at least a few days to a week or so if I was going to purchase a house. My sis did the whole make an offer right away thing and it has kindof turned out to be a nightmare
