nndairy	Posted - Mar 09 2021 : 6:57:56 PM Hi Candy! The farmgirl of the month is picked by the previous farmgirl of the month. It's a way for us to honor and show our appreciation for each other. There's no special criteria - and it's hard to choose just one to pass the honor on to! I'm not sure how the farmgirl of the year is chosen but that announcement comes from our queen bee MaryJane every year.
