Hi, Not sure if this has already been mentioned since I've been here only a short time and didn't read through all the posts yet.

A place to share pics of our home decor and handiwork projects would be fun! The response to my inquiry of how others homes are decorated has been very good and so I thought maybe if there was that much interest a forum to share pics of our little corners of the world would be a fun area to visit often!

Thanks for the consideration, I really, truly enjoy MJF Farmgirl Connection, there's so many kind hearted gals here and I peek in often throughout the day to see what my new friends are chatting about! Thank you!

I agree with you about this great idea. I even made a suggestion after reading your question. Sorry for not reading your idea in the suggestion forum first. I hope your idea turns into a new forum to get a peak at how everyone decorates their homes. It is an instant get to know you thing. Thanks so much for the great idea.

(She's a bossy 22 month old now but these are my favorites)

you can be oh so smart, or you can be oh so positive. I wasted a lot of time being smart I prefer being positive.

Sher, I think that is a great idea! Our pics of home and projects are scattered throughout the forum. There are lots of outdoor pics of our places...not that many of the indoors. HMMMMMM......I am speaking for myself here, but my house is "lived" in, kind of a mess sometimes. In my great room I have art supplies and papers and how to books scattered on the floor to the left of my computer desk. My bookcases are messy and dusty. Those British lady cleaning experts would be shaking their heads. I have books and mags stacked in piles here and there...but it is who I am! How can I not have my things around me! They are like air! I have large willow laundry baskets I use for storage of you guessed it...more magazines, books, stuff I print on the net! I should probably post this on the topic about how we decorate topic you posted...My house isn't decorated...it just..HAPPENS. I use earth tones alot. Taupe walls in the great room, a bawdy floral wallpaper in the dining room that is mainly greens and purples, and 3 birdcages for my 2 parakeets, lovebird and future canary. When I get things put away, and can master my digital camera, and can see the floor again in it's entirity I'll post some pics here. Right now I would be embarrased to do so.
